Om Yoga Studio was started by two enthusiastic yoga guru’s Anuradha Arya and Venkataraju with an intention of making a healthy society. After undergoing yoga training from Guru Sri. Nagendra Kamat both Anuradha and Venkataraju trained many students in Rashtrottana Yoga Research Centre. Later in 2021 they thought of starting OM YOGA STUDIO near Basavanagudi and train aspiring students.
Dreaming to start anything new is easy but to bring it to reality is tough! This was not the situation here, two friends with common interest and aspirations never did look back and happily inaugurated their studio on March 3rd, 2021.
In the present day people who are not well informed about Yoga, find it difficult to learn and practice. But someone who steps inside this studio get attracted in learning Yoga. This is because Om Yoga Studio is well equipped with props like ropes, chair, bolsters, belt and bricks. They feel learning Yoga is made easier and effective here in Om Yoga Studio.
When it comes to imparting education or train on a specific form of art it is essential to understand what makes learning interesting and more exciting. Both Anuradha and Venkataraju have understood the need for training Yoga to one and all and has therefore brought in state-of-art learning Yoga here in Om Yoga Studio. In other words these aspiring trainers in Om Yoga Studio leaves an impression that Yoga is an Art that shapes an individual’s mind and body, transfoming them as soulful human being!
