Yoga Instructor C.T. Venkataraju is a versatile talented and dynamic yoga teacher. He was a disciple of Yoga Guru Sri Nagendra Kamat of Rastrotthana Yoga Research Centre at Bangalore. By profession he is well versed Graphic Designer working in Industrial News and Analysis, a English fortnightly newspaper and Corel Industrial Directory.
Venkataraju mastered the art of Yogic techniques from his Guru. He has about 12 years experience as a yoga teacher (trainer). He also done some research work on yogasanas. He has not only done the research work, he experimented them on himself and found fantastic results for some of the ailments. He is Pradhan Mantri Kaushala Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) certified Yoga Trainer and mentor.
Venkataraju came from a rural background, a remote village called Chamalapura in Mandya district. He spent his childhood days amidst the nature. His basic instinct is to protect the environment for the future generation also.
Venkata Raju has good knowledge of mythological stories such as Ramayana and Mahabharatha. He is also a story teller.
He wants to contribute something to the society, from which he has benefitted a lot. He wants to see a healthy society in and around him. In this connection he wanted to start a yoga studio. Some of his close friends who are like minded joined hands with him, they all decided to start Om Yoga Studio at the Prime location in Basavanagudi. Thus came the ‘Om Yoga Studio’ to existence.
The Team of Om Yoga Studio successfully trained the students to adopt a healthy habits thus they lead a healthy and happy life.
Yoga Instructor Anuradha Arya has been trained under Yoga Guru Shri. Raghavendra Shenoy and Shri. Nagendra Kamat at Rashtrotthana Yoga Research Centre. She developed an interest in making her surrounding a healthy society. For this purpose she desired to start a Yoga Studio. She is a Certified Trainer from Bangalore University in Yoga Studies. She is also a Pradhan Mantri Kaushala Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). She has experience in teaching yoga for more than 15 years and has successfully trained hundreds of students. At present, she is one of the instructors in Om Yoga Studio. She is also a social activist.
